Living Stones

The Pleasant View Walk is the focal point of Longyear’s outdoor exhibit. Currently, there are more than 5,000 engraved bricks or “Living Stones” installed in the walk. The bricks represent lives of those who have been touched by Christian Science. There is still room to add an engraved brick with your name or the name of a loved one. New stones are added to the walk each spring. Any stones purchased after March 31, 2024, will be installed in spring of 2025.
